How can I be of service?
Some of the services I offer include…
Empowering clients in the chronic illness world to educate themselves about their (or their child’s) condition and to work in synergy with their practitioners. This can save time and money and can increase the odds of recovery.
Self-care for parents of chronically ill children, including mindfulness and stress-reduction strategies. This is a necessity, not a luxury. “You can’t pour from an empty cup.”
Practitioner self-care and stress management. Due to their dedication to their patients, practitioners treating the chronically ill often work long past their posted operating hours, reviewing complex cases to prep for appointments. Finding space for self-care can be a challenge but is so crucial.
Support with case management and patient advocacy. Preparing for appointments and keeping track of files, questions and lab results.
Implementation and management of protocols and symptom tracking.
Transformational coaching – Find clarity and purpose in your journey so that you can contribute back to your community. Remove obstacles in the way of your goals.
Life transition coaching – Career change, divorce, retirement, life stage change, moving to a new area.
General behavior change including diet, exercise, weight loss, stress-reduction, work-life balance and mindfulness.
Special areas of interest include: Autoimmune conditions, PANS/PANDAS, Chronic infections (including Lyme and Bartonella), Women’s hormone issues, Environmental Toxicity, Anxiety, and Mindfulness/Meditation.
What is coaching?
Coaching unlocks your potential to maximize your performance – and helps you to learn on your own rather than being taught what to do. Coaching leads to increased awareness which empowers choice and leads to powerful change.
We focus on what YOU want to focus on.
Coaching helps create space. In our modern world, so much of the focus is on DOING that we forget that we are human BE-ings. How can we create space in our lives to listen to our inner voice and find room for change?
I’d love to chat.
